Almost three months after its publication, the free online training program MOOC, available on the SCOUT project website, is receiving excellent feedback from its users.
The training program includes seven online lessons, which can be used in three different and complementary ways: a video lesson by the reference expert from the University of Vic or from the Atheletes Inspire Children association; a schematic presentation and a complete text with descriptive part and related activities.
Each sports club part of the SCOUT project is currently working on the training of its coaches, managers and Inclusion Managers, with the aim that these – being the key people of the project – are fully aware and trained on the key issues of inclusion and vulnerability.
The MOOC, in addition to providing educational information, offers a series of activities and games to play with the athletes of the club teams, parents and club staff. To date, there are already over thirty activities carried out by staff and teams, with the involvement of over 200 girls, families and coaches of the clubs Vallbona, Nancy and Anderlini.
