The Training of Trainers in Vic, near Barcelona, dedicated to the coaches and managers of the partners of the SCOUT project, has ended. 16 people from France, Germany, Italy and Spain worked together for two days exploring the meaning of the word “inclusion” and identifying possible solutions to be implemented in sports clubs.
The Training of Trainers was scheduled for 1 and 2 December, a two-day training session dedicated to those who will train coaches, parents and athletes in their sports clubs. The ToT was conducted by the University of Vic in Vic, Catalunya, and each partner is invited to participate with four coaches or club members.
Now all SCOUT sports partners will be able to start organizing training moments dedicated to managers, coaches, athletes and parents within their own clubs. The training moments will be organized using the contents discussed during the ToT and will be carried out thanks to the collaboration of AIC.
